Trivest Announces Launch of Sentinel Dock & Door Solutions and Expansion Through Strategic Acquisitions

Trivest Partners (“Trivest” or the “Firm”) is pleased to announce the formation of Sentinel Dock & Door Solutions (“Sentinel” or “Company”), a premier network of commercial dock and door service providers across Canada. Sentinel brings together three leading regional service providers under a unified platform poised for continued growth. In conjunction with the platform’s launch, Trivest is also pleased to announce the appointment of Travis Allan as Chief Executive Officer.

Sentinel was formed through the acquisitions of Lenworth Building Services, Pro Door & Dock Systems, and Mar-Lin Dock & Door—well-established companies specializing in the installation, repair, and maintenance of overhead doors, dock levelers, and related equipment for commercial and industrial facilities. With operations in Toronto and Southwestern Ontario, Sentinel is positioned to serve a diverse customer base with best-in-class service and technical expertise.
